Description

DELHMSERV_01 (M65D_1) indicates whether not trusting the health facility or poor quality service was a reason why the respondent did not deliver her most recent child in a health facility. The two rationales were combined in a single response category ("Don't trust facility/poor quality service") on the survey form when the interviewer recorded all reasons given to the open-ended inquiry.
