Comparability

AIDSINFONEWSYN varies slightly across samples in question wording. In some samples, this question asks whether the woman has ever heard information about HIV/AIDS from newspapers or magazines. Other surveys specify a reference period, such as one month, for hearing about HIV/AIDS.
