Description

For women who gave birth in the last five years, ANCAREBD1_ALL indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, they reported that a family welfare visitor gave antenatal care for a birth. This response category is country-specific to Bangladesh.

ANCAREBD1_ALL consists of a set of up to six separate variables, covering the most recent birth (ANCAREBD1_01) up to the sixth-most-recent birth (i.e., ANCAREBD1_02, ANCAREBD1_03, ANCAREBD1_04, ANCAREBD1_05, and ANCAREBD1_06) during the reference period prior to the survey. If ANCAREBD1_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
