ANCAREULTRANN_ALL consists of separate variables, covering the most recent birth (ANCAREULTRANN_01) and, in some cases, additional births, up to, potentially, the fifth-most-recent birth (i.e., ANCAREULTRANN_02, ANCAREULTRANN_03, ANCAREULTRANN_04, and ANCAREULTRANN_05).
