Comparability - Standard DHS
BLOODSUGEVER is a country-specific variable for most phases of the DHS. In Phase 8, an optional module on chronic disease included the variable CHD06, on whether the woman respondent ever had blood sugar measured by a doctor or other healthcare worker.

The 2018 Cameroon survey asks if the female respondent has ever had the level of the sugar in her blood measured by a doctor or other health worker.
