Description
DELINJTHIGHWHY_ALL indicates whether the respondent was told why she received an injection in the thigh/buttock immediately after delivering her child.
DELINJTHIGHWHY_ALL consists of a set of up to six separate variables, covering the most recent birth (DELINJTHIGHWHY_01) up to, potentially, the sixth-most-recent birth (i.e., DELINJTHIGHWHY_02, DELINJTHIGHWHY_03, DELINJTHIGHWHY_04, DELINJTHIGHWHY_05, and DELINJTHIGHWHY_06) during the reference period prior to the survey. If DELINJTHIGHWHY_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
Universe
- Nepal 2016: Women age 15-49 who gave birth in the 5 years before the survey, who were assisted by a doctor, nurse/midwife, health assistant/AHW, MCHW, or VHW, and who received an injection in the thigh/buttock immediately after delivery of their last-born child.
