Description

For women who were randomly selected and interviewed for the domestic violence module, DVEBOSS indicates whether they were ever insulted, humiliated, or otherwise emotionally hurt by their employer or someone at work since age 15.

DVEBOSS has no comparability problems.

DVEBOSS is neither included in the standard DHS questionnaire for any phase nor in any version of the standard domestic violence module.

  • Zimbabwe 2005: Women age 15-49 who were selected and interviewed for the domestic violence module, and who have not experienced physical violence from someone other than a husband/partner since age 15.
