Description

For women who were randomly selected and interviewed for the domestic violence module and who have had more than one husband/partner, DVSEXPRPART indicates whether a previous husband/partner ever physically forced her to have sex or to perform sexual acts.

Comparability

Apart from universe differences, DVSEXPRPART is largely comparable across samples.

Comparability - Standard DHS

DVSEXPRPART is neither included in the standard DHS questionnaire for any phase nor in any phase of the standard domestic violence module.
