Description
ETHNICITYCO (V131CO) is a variable specific to Colombia that reports the woman respondentâs ethnicity. That most respondents were coded as "none of the above" or "other" suggests that the term "ethnic group" was implicitly applied to minority groups only. Others, and those coded as "none," were presumably "Ladino" (Spanish-speaking and mixed Spanish/indigenous ethnicity).
