Description

For women who are not currently using a method of contraception, FPNONOTHER (V3A00X) indicates whether they reported some "other" source when asked an open-ended question about where family planning can be obtained. The meaning of "other" depends on the specific response categories included in a given sample.

Users should be careful to distinguish this variable from FPNONPUBOTH ("other" under the public medical sector) and FPNONPRIVOTH ("other" under the private medical sector). This variable includes those "other" categories that do not fit into the public or private medical sector.
