Description
FSHOUSENO reports the number of women in the household who are suffering from fistula.
When children are chosen as the unit of analysis, the woman respondent indicates the mother of the child.
Comparability
Apart from universe differences, FSHOUSENO has no comparability problems.
Comparability - Standard DHS
Questions about fistula were not included in the standard DHS questionnaire. The Standard DHS module on fistula does not ask about other women in the household with obstetric fistula.
