HCMNM3 indicates whether the woman reported a government health center as a source for male condoms. This response category is country-specific to Namibia.

Some samples in the "HCM" series include categories that can be consolidated into a single response. IPUMS-DHS uses supplemental programming to combine these responses in a standard variable while preserving the separate responses in country-specific variables.

HCMNM3 is combined with HCMNM4 (government health care clinic) in HCMPUBHC (all public health centers) for the 2013 Namibia sample. IPUMS-DHS users interested in using HCMNM3 are encouraged to review HCMPUBHC for a more comprehensive response category.
