Description

HCQUALITY reports the quality of service the woman received, the last time she was treated at a hospital or clinic. Those not receiving good service reported whether the main problem was with waiting times, quality of staff interaction, or lack of information.

Comparability

Apart from universe differences, HCQUALITY has no comparability problems.

HCQUALITY is not included in any phase of the standard DHS questionnaire.
