Description

HHBIRTHCERTVAC indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, the respondent for the household survey (LINENOHHRESP (HV003)) reported that the child's vaccination card is needed to register a birth (with the civil authorities).

The information in HHBIRTHCERTVAC is taken from the household record and applies to regular household members, not temporary visitors.
