The complementary variable HUSEDLVLCG reports the highest level of schooling attended by the woman's husband, using the country-specific educational categories for Republic of Congo - Brazzaville.

Comparability

HUSEDYRCG has no comparability problems.

Because HUSEDYRCG reports the number of years of schooling at the level achieved, "4 years" does not mean 4 years total, but 4 years at whichever level of education the respondent's husband achieved. Thus, a code of 4 could indicate 4 years of primary school, a high school degree, or a bachelor's degree, for example.
