Description

MENSUSEREUS indicates whether the respondent used reusable products to prevent bloodstains during her last menstrual period.

Comparability - Standard DHS

Before DHS Phase 8, MENSUSEREUS is a country-specific variable not included in any phase of the standard DHS questionnaire. In Phase 8, this variable has the standard name V247A and refers to use of “reusable sanitary pads.”
