HCFNM4 indicates whether the woman reported a government health care clinic as a source for female condoms. This response category is country-specific to Namibia.

Some samples in the "HCF" series include categories that can be consolidated into a single response. IPUMS-DHS uses supplemental programming to combine these responses in a standard variable while preserving the separate responses in country-specific variables.

HCFNM4 is combined with HCFNM3 (government health center) in HCFPUBHC (all public health centers) for the 2013 Namibia sample. IPUMS-DHS users interested in using HCFNM4 are encouraged to review HCFPUBHC for a more comprehensive response category.
