Description

Based on a four-part question, FCTYPANG indicates whether the woman experienced a circumcision procedure involving angurya cuts, or scraping of tissue surrounding the vaginal opening. See FCTYPGISH, FCFLESH2, and FCINFIB2 for the supplementary components of the four-part question.

Apart from universe differences, FCTYPANG has no comparability problems.

  • Nigeria 2013: Women age 15-49 who have been circumcised.
