Description

HPVEVFEM (HPV03) indicates whether the young woman has ever received a vaccination against HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). HPV causes cervical cancer and genital warts. The vaccination, Cervarix/Gardasil, may be administered to girls as young as 9 years old, but The DHS Program restricts this question to young women age 15 to 17.
