Description

DECUSEARN reports whether the respondent decides how all of the money she earns will be used, how some of it will be used, or if someone else decides how her earnings will be used.

The related variable DECFEMEARN (V739) indicates who in the woman's household usually makes decisions regarding how her earnings are spent.
