HCFNM5 indicates whether the woman reported a public outreach point as a source for female condoms. This response category is country-specific to Namibia.

Some samples in the "HCF" series include multiple categories that can be consolidated into a single broad response. IPUMS-DHS uses supplemental programming to combine these responses in a standard variable, while also preserving the separate responses in country-specific variables.

HCFNM5 is combined with HCFNM6 (public mobile clinic) in HCFPUBMOB (all public mobile clinics) for the 2013 Namibia sample. IPUMS-DHS users interested in using HCFNM5 are encouraged to review HCFPUBMOB for a more comprehensive response category.
