Along with universe differences, HCMPRIVMOB (V762AM) has some variation in question wording that broadly applies to the "source for male condom" series. For discussion on question wording in this variable series, see the comparability section of HCMDK.
This response category wording has no comparability problems and is consistently organized under the "private medical sector" header in the survey.
Comparability - Standard DHS
HCMPRIVMOB (V762AM) first appears in phase IV of the Standard DHS questionnaire. It is removed in phase VI of the standard DHS questionnaire and replaced with "Country-specific private medical sector."

Comparability — Uganda [top]
The Uganda 2001, 2006 and 2011 surveys word this response category as "outreach." "Outreach" is typically recognized as a "mobile clinic"; however, the term sometimes captures "fieldworker" responses as well. In the case of the 2001, 2006 and 2011 Uganda surveys, "outreach" appears to be different from "fieldworker" responses, which are also listed in the survey text.
